Your Profile & Security

Manage your personal information, change your password, enable multi-factor authentication, and update your business details — all from your profile page.

Accessing Your Profile

Click your name in the top-right corner of any page, then select Profile.


What You Can Update

👤 Personal Info

Name, email address, and password.

🏢 Business Profile

Contact email, phone, full address, and timezone. This information appears on invoices.


Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Protect your account with an extra layer of security. LeanPBX supports two MFA methods:

📱 Authenticator App

Use an authenticator app (TOTP) to generate a time-based code each time you log in. Recovery codes are provided in case you lose access to your app.

✉ Email Authentication

Receive a verification code by email each time you log in. No additional app required.

Keep Your Recovery Codes Safe

When you enable authenticator app MFA, you receive recovery codes. Store these in a safe place — they are the only way to regain access if you lose your authenticator device.


Business Profile

If you have a tenant account, your profile includes a Business Profile section with:

Contact email and phone number
Full business address
City, state, postal code, country
Timezone for your account
