LeanPBX is a cloud-based business phone system that lets you manage calls, extensions, voicemail, and more — all from your browser. No hardware to install, no software to download. Every new account includes a $5.00 free calling credit to get you started.
Set Up Your Phone System in 4 Steps
After creating your account, your dashboard shows an onboarding checklist. Follow these steps to go live:
Get a Phone Number
Pick a local or toll-free number for your business. This is the number your customers will call. You can search by country, state, and area code.
Create Your First Extension
An extension is a phone line for a person or device. Choose a display name and caller ID — the system generates your SIP credentials automatically. Enable the web phone to make calls from your browser.
Set Up Voicemail
Configure voicemail so you never miss a message. Voicemail recordings are delivered to your email inbox as audio attachments.
Make Your First Call
Open the built-in web phone by clicking the phone icon at the bottom of your screen. Place a test call to confirm everything is working.

Getting Help
Contextual Help
Look for the question mark icon in the top navigation bar — it shows help articles related to the page you are currently on. A small dot appears on the icon when help is available for that page.
