Creating a Support Ticket
Support Tickets
The support ticket system lets you submit issues, ask questions, and track the status of your requests. You can also create tickets by emailing support@leanpbx.com — replies are automatically threaded into the conversation.
How to Create a Ticket
Navigate to Support > Tickets
Click New Ticket.
Fill In the Details
Enter a Subject, select a Department, choose a Priority (low, medium, high, or critical), and describe your issue in the message area.
Submit the Ticket
Your ticket receives a unique ticket number and you get a confirmation email. Our team is notified immediately.
Ticket Statuses
🟡 Open
New ticket, awaiting staff review.
🔵 Answered
Staff has replied, awaiting your response.
🟢 Customer Reply
You replied, awaiting staff response.
⚪ Closed
Issue resolved. Reply to reopen automatically.
Auto-Close
Tickets in "Answered" status with no customer reply for 3 days are automatically closed. You can reopen a closed ticket at any time by replying to it.
