Managing CRM Deals and Pipelines
Deals & Pipelines
Track your sales opportunities through customizable pipeline stages. Each deal moves through stages like Lead, Qualified, Proposal, and Closed. Requires the CRM Deals feature on your subscription plan.
Creating a Pipeline
Before creating deals, set up at least one pipeline with stages.
Navigate to CRM > Pipelines
Click New Pipeline and give it a name (e.g., "Sales Pipeline").
Add Stages
After creating the pipeline, add stages in the Stages tab. Each stage has a name and sort order for proper progression (e.g., Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Won).
Creating a Deal
Navigate to CRM > Deals
Click New Deal.
Fill In Deal Details
Name, Pipeline, and Stage are required. You can also set the deal value, expected close date, status (open, won, lost), and assign it to a team member. Optionally link it to a contact or company.
Deal Fields Explained
💰 Value
Estimated monetary value if this deal closes. Used for revenue forecasting.
📅 Expected Close Date
Target date for closing the deal.
📋 Pipeline & Stage
The sales process and current step. Stages update dynamically based on the selected pipeline.
🎯 Status
Open (active), Won (closed successfully), or Lost (closed without sale).
