CRM Activity Report

The Activity Report gives you a dashboard view of your CRM performance — contacts, tasks, deals, and team activity at a glance. Requires the CRM feature on your subscription plan.

How to Access the Report

Navigate to CRM > Activity Report in the sidebar. The report loads automatically with your current data.


What the Report Shows

Overview Statistics

The top of the page displays key metrics in real time:

👤 Total Contacts

Total number of contacts in your CRM.

✨ New This Week

Contacts added since the start of the current week.

📝 Notes This Week

Notes added to contacts since the start of the current week.

✅ Open Tasks

Tasks with a status of pending or in progress.

⚠ Overdue Tasks

Tasks past their due date that are still open. Highlighted in red when overdue tasks exist.

💼 Open Deals

Active deals currently in your sales pipeline.

💰 Pipeline Value

Total monetary value of all open deals — your potential revenue if every open deal closes.


Charts and Tables

Below the statistics, the report includes:

📊 Activity Chart

Visual chart showing CRM activity trends over time — contacts created, notes added, tasks completed.

📊 Disposition Chart

Breakdown of call dispositions used when logging notes — see which outcomes are most common.

👥 User Activity Table

Shows each team member's CRM activity — total notes written, open tasks, and completed tasks. Helps identify your most active agents and spot anyone falling behind.

Tip

Check the Activity Report regularly to stay on top of overdue tasks and monitor your team's CRM usage. Overdue tasks are highlighted in red so they are easy to spot.
