Call Flow Diagram
The call flow diagram gives you a visual map of how calls move through your phone system — from the moment a customer dials your number to the final destination. Use it to verify your routing is set up correctly.
How to View Your Call Flow
Open the Diagram
Navigate to Call Routing > Call Flow Diagram in the sidebar.
Select a Phone Number
Choose a phone number from the dropdown to see how calls to that number are routed.
Read the Diagram
The diagram flows from top to bottom, showing each routing step. Arrows are labeled with conditions like "Press 1", "Open", "Closed", or "No Answer".

The diagram is a visualization tool — it shows your current routing but does not allow editing. To change routing, edit the individual phone numbers, IVRs, time conditions, or other resources directly.
