Setting Up Conference Bridges
Conference Bridges
A conference bridge lets multiple callers join a shared call. Use it for team meetings, client calls, or any situation where more than two people need to be on a call together. This feature requires the advanced call routing feature on your subscription plan.
How to Create a Conference
Open the Form
Navigate to Call Routing > Conferences, then click New Conference.
Enter a Description
For example, "Weekly sales team meeting".
Set a PIN (Optional)
Enter a numeric PIN that callers must dial to join the conference. Leave blank for open access — anyone with the conference number can join.
Configure Options and Click Create
Set Max Participants (0 = unlimited), choose Music on Hold, and configure announcements. See settings below.

📢 Announce Join/Leave
Play a sound when someone enters or leaves the conference.
👥 Announce User Count
Tell callers how many participants are in the conference when they join.
🔇 Quiet Mode
Suppress join/leave sounds for a silent conference experience.
🔇 Start Muted
Participants join with their microphone muted by default.
