Follow Me (Ring Multiple Numbers in Sequence)

What Is Follow Me?

Follow Me rings a sequence of numbers one after another until someone picks up. For example, try the office phone first, then the mobile, then a home number. This feature requires the call routing feature on your subscription plan.

How to Set Up Follow Me

Open the Form

Navigate to Call Routing > Follow Me in the sidebar, then click New Follow Me.

Enter a Description

For example, "Ring John's office, then mobile, then home".

Add Numbers

After creating the Follow Me, go to the Numbers tab. Add each destination with a timeout (seconds to ring before moving to the next). Numbers are tried in order.

Enable Call Confirmation

By default, the answering party must press 1 to accept the call (press 2 to decline). This prevents mobile voicemail from intercepting the call before the next number is tried.
