Viewing Your Call History

Call History

Every inbound and outbound call on your account is logged as a call detail record (CDR). You can search, filter, and review your call history from the Reports menu.

How to View Call History

Navigate to Reports > Call History

Your most recent calls are shown first, sorted by date and time.

Search and Filter

Use the search bar to find calls by phone number, or use filters to narrow results by date range, call type, disposition, or destination.

Play or Download Recordings

If call recording is enabled, calls with recordings show Play and Download buttons on the right side of the row.


What Each Column Shows

📅 Date/Time

When the call started.

☎ From / To

The caller's number and the number that was dialed.

🌍 Destination

The country or region called (for outbound calls).

⏱ Duration / Billable

Total call length and the billable portion (in minutes and seconds).

💲 Cost

The amount charged for this call, based on your call plan rates.

🎤 Recording

Shows "Available" if the call was recorded. Click Play or Download.

📲 Inbound

📞 Outbound

↪ Forwarded

Call Outcomes

✅ Answered

The call was picked up and connected.

📵 No Answer

Nobody picked up before the timeout.

🚫 Busy

The line was busy.

❌ Failed

The call could not be completed.


Filters

Use these filters to narrow your call history:

Date range (from/until)
Call type (in/out/fwd)
Outcome (answered/missed)
