Understanding Your Invoice

Invoices & Receipts

LeanPBX generates an invoice for every completed transaction on your account. Invoices are available as downloadable PDF files for your bookkeeping and records.

How to Download an Invoice

Open Billing Overview

Go to Billing > Billing Overview in the sidebar.

Find Your Transaction

Scroll down to the Recent Transactions table and locate the transaction you need.

Download the PDF

Completed transactions show a download icon on the right side of the row. Click it to save the invoice as a PDF file.

Note

Invoices are only available for completed transactions. Pending or failed transactions do not have downloadable invoices.


What Your Invoice Includes

Receipt number — unique reference
Date — when it was processed
Description — what the charge was for
Amount — total transaction amount
Payment method — card, PayPal, or balance

Transaction Types Explained

➕ Top-up

Funds you added to your account via credit card or PayPal. These are credits to your balance.

📅 Billing

Monthly recurring charges — your subscription plan fee and phone number fees, deducted on the 1st.

🛒 Purchase

One-time charges such as purchasing a phone number or switching to a higher plan (prorated).

↩ Refund

A credit returned to your account balance, typically issued by our support team.
