Call Rates

Outbound calls are charged per minute based on the destination you are calling. Rates vary by country and destination type. You can look up rates for any destination before making a call.

How to Check Rates

Open the Call Rates Page

Navigate to Billing > Call Rates in the sidebar.

Search by Country or Phone Number

Select a country from the dropdown to see all rates for that destination, or enter a phone number to find the exact per-minute rate for a specific number.

How Call Charges Work

💲 Per-Minute Rates

Each destination has a per-minute rate in USD. Calls are billed based on the actual duration of the call.

💳 Deducted from Balance

Call charges are deducted from your prepaid account balance as calls are made. Make sure to keep your balance funded.

📈 Rate Plans

Your account is assigned a call plan that determines which ratecard is used for pricing. Over 250 countries are supported.

🛡 Rate Protection

You can set a maximum rate per minute in My Account to block calls to expensive destinations and protect your balance.

Set up low balance alerts and auto top-up in My Account to make sure you never run out of calling credit unexpectedly.
