Add Funds to Your Account

You can add funds at any time using a credit card or PayPal. The minimum top-up amount is $1.00. Your balance is credited immediately upon successful payment.

How to Add Funds

Go to the Add Funds Page

Navigate to Billing > Add Funds in the sidebar. Your current balance is displayed at the top of the page.

Select an Amount

Choose from the quick-select buttons — $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, or $500 — or enter a custom amount below.

Choose a Payment Method

Select credit card or PayPal and complete the checkout. If you have a saved payment method, select it from the left panel for a one-click payment.

Complete the Payment

Follow the on-screen prompts. Once confirmed, your balance updates immediately and you receive a confirmation email.


Saving a Payment Method

When paying by credit card, check "Save card for future payments" during checkout. Your card is stored securely and appears on the left side of the Add Funds page for future use.

⭐ Set as Default

Click the star icon to make a saved method your default. The default method is used for auto top-up.

🗑 Remove a Method

Click the trash icon to permanently remove a saved card or PayPal account from your records.


Auto Top-up

Never run out of funds by setting up automatic top-ups. When your balance drops below a threshold you set, LeanPBX automatically charges your saved payment method.

Open My Account

Click your name in the top-right corner and select My Account.

Enable Auto Top-up

Find the Auto Top-up section and toggle it on.

Configure Your Settings

Top-up when balance below — the threshold that triggers a charge (e.g., $5.00).
Top-up amount — how much to add each time (e.g., $25.00).
Payment method — which saved card or PayPal to charge.

Save Settings

Click Save Auto Top-up Settings. Auto top-up runs once daily and you receive an email notification each time.

Important

You must have at least one saved payment method before enabling auto top-up. Save a card or PayPal account on the Add Funds page first.


Low Balance Alerts

Receive an email notification when your balance falls below a certain amount:

Go to My Account from the user menu
Enable Low Balance Alerts
Set your Alert Threshold (e.g., $5.00)
Click Save Preferences

You will receive one alert per day when your balance is below the threshold you set.
